A Senior Accounts Payable Manager who is responsible for the management of an Accounts Payable team, for a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
The role will require regular and direct communication with the accounts team, our property managers, clients, and suppliers, to ensure the timely processing and payment of supplier invoices.
You will work closely with the Accounts Payable team as well as the Property Management teams to provide a best-in-class service to our clients and their suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management and training of a diverse Accounts Payable team
- Ensuring correct and timely setup of new suppliers
- Management of CIS on behalf of our clients
- Weekly Payment runs for a variety of clients
- Ensure all payments are made within supplier credit terms
- Supplier and client query resolution
- Banking duties; BACS/CHAPS, transfers
- Review of departmental controls and ensure both client and internal KPIs are met
Requirements:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Experience managing people
- Relevant accountancy qualification such as a degree, AAT/ACCA
- IT and software skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
