Job Summary

Ardonagh Advisory is seeking an experienced Insurance Professional to join our team as a Branch Director. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for driving growth and delivering revenue targets within a regulatory framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the team to deliver excellent customer outcomes, meeting all Consumer Duty requirements.
  • Implement risk management plans to ensure every colleague meets risk and quality assurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to highlight potential barriers to retention or new sales and promote opportunities for business growth.
  • Constructively highlight operational needs or requirements to ensure an optimal customer journey.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and leading teams to deliver revenue targets within a regulatory framework.
  • Demonstrable experience in a management role within insurance and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Strong commercial leader with a commercial focus and financial awareness.
  • Significant, proven experience of managing a P&L Budget.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership of driving new ideas and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels across our organisation.
