Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to high standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain high levels of food quality and presentation
- Set up and break down kitchen equipment and stations
- Read tickets to produce orders and maintain accurate inventory
- Assist in control of food waste and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Follow direction of management team and food & beverage leadership
