Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Redline Group, a specialist recruitment agency for technology and electronics companies.

About the Role:

  • As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project management activities across various departments, including commercial, technical, innovation, and manufacturing teams.
  • You will work closely with product management to scope, specify, and devise projects that meet the requirements of the product roadmap.
  • Key responsibilities include project estimation, risk assessment, problem-solving, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • You will also be responsible for evolving and developing project management processes and skills within the organization.
  • Additionally, you will ensure that all documentation related to product development is generated and of high quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a structured project management environment, preferably with involvement in electro-mechanical development projects from concept to production.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into concrete technical specifications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand commercial and technical implications of project decisions.
