We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Unit Manager to join our team. As a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents and leading a team of colleagues to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of colleagues to deliver person-centred care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
