This role is a full-time opportunity, with an expectation to work in the office for 2 days each week.

Key Responsibilities:
This position oversees several team members within the Pre-construction division.

The primary focus of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of significant 'Special Projects', with expertise in procurement, fire risk assessment, building safety, compliance, and planning rectification programs to meet statutory obligations.

As a Senior Project Manager in Pre-Construction, the responsibilities include:

  • Making informed decisions regarding planning and necessary remedial actions, while considering the implications of these decisions and the needs of tenants and leaseholders.
  • Planning, managing, and directing specific pre-construction teams engaged in various special and ad hoc projects.
  • Investigating the latest trends in products, components, materials, and construction methodologies.
  • Staying updated on changes in legislation, regulations, and codes of practice; developing solutions to housing needs; policy formulation; implementing plans and strategies; preparing funding proposals and conducting cost-benefit analyses.
  • Leading and managing innovative high-value/specialist projects/programs, such as digital services, estate regeneration initiatives, environmental sustainability projects, and new ventures arising from government directives.
