Job Title: Principal Structural Engineer

Job Summary:

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the design consultancy, you will be responsible for leading complex structural design projects in the power industry.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled structural designer to take on a technical lead role, handling whole projects autonomously and providing complex design solutions. You will work on a variety of projects, including substation design, battery storage facilities, and design of blast-resistant buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex structural design projects in the power industry
  • Develop and implement design solutions for substation design, battery storage facilities, and blast-resistant buildings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
