Job Title: Production Controller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Controller to oversee and manage our production processes. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating and controlling the flow of work through the factory, ensuring that production targets are met and schedules are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Coordinate and control the flow of work through the factory, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
  • Monitor production progress, identify and troubleshoot issues, and implement adjustments as necessary to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Production Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic self-starter with proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in using production planning software and other relevant tools
  • Inquisitive and curious nature with a passion to learn and understand
