Job Title: Production Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our team at Applied Automation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and providing administrative support to our production team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage production schedules and workflows to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering and receiving materials
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and quality control measures
  • Provide administrative support to the production team, including data entry, reporting, and communication with suppliers and customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management software
