Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, including customer and supplier agreements, terms and conditions, heads of terms and non-disclosure agreements.

• Supporting the sales and purchase teams on contract review and contract management.

• Advising on potential disputes and providing guidance on commercial law matters.

Company Secretarial Support

• Providing assistance with company secretarial functions, including share transfers and corporate filings.

• Supporting the development of company precedents and policies.

• Assisting with the organisation and running of the AGM.
