We are assisting our client in the recruitment of a Business Analyst to become a part of the IT Change team in a hybrid working arrangement. The successful candidate will serve as a crucial intermediary between technological capabilities and business goals, facilitating and ensuring the effective execution of analytical, development, testing, and deployment activities within their dynamic change program.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Analyst

  • Analyze and interpret business requirements, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with the needs of end users, partners, and customers.
  • Create project scope documents, including user stories, sitemaps, wireframes, functional and technical specifications, as well as testing approaches and scenarios.
  • Collaborate closely with various business units, particularly IT development, to understand interdependencies and prioritize project pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, applying professional benchmarks to all developments.
  • Assess and evaluate existing processes, systems, and databases to enhance user value and achieve operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate project management capabilities by documenting plans, identifying and managing dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholders, and resources.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Familiarity with core offline platforms, including CRM systems, telephony solutions, user interfaces, and external integrations such as APIs and file transfers.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, encompassing CMS, data analytics software, marketing automation tools, and Email Service Providers.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving, demonstrating flexibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences with tact, diplomacy, and strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
