Facilities Engineering Lead

Role Overview: As a Facilities Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the design and management of high-stakes facilities. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our infrastructure and operational processes meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of facility infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Engineering Manager to ensure that all facility designs align with business requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between various engineering disciplines, safety experts, and technical authorities to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
  • Deliver engineering designs that support the continuous safe operation of high-integrity assets throughout their lifecycle.
  • Delegate design-related tasks to Project and Design Engineers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
