About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a combination of methods, including networking, trade shows, and direct contact.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales opportunities and grow the business.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with products and services offered by the company and be able to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • CRM Management: Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and accurate, and use it to track sales and marketing activities.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving sales and marketing targets and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar sales or business development role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, commercial and entrepreneurial aptitude, ability to travel, and solid computer skills with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

  • Salary: A competitive salary dependent on experience, ranging from £25,000 to £34,000 per annum.
