Horticultural Specialist

We are proud to be partnering with a fantastic organisation based within Cambridgeshire looking for an experienced Horticultural Specialist.

As the Horticultural Specialist, joining the team you will be responsible for the production of high-quality plants with exclusive varieties. Conducting regular health checks, providing the correct care throughout the growth process.
You will implement advanced pest control measures, minimizing the use of chemical pesticides through early intervention and natural methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of high-quality plants with exclusive varieties
• Conducting regular health checks and providing correct care
• Implementing advanced pest control measures

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for the role
• Proficiency in PA1, PA6, and PA9 certifications
• Demonstrated experience in similar roles
• Strong ability to conduct health checks and diagnose issues efficiently
• Familiarity with glass house operations
• Experience of maintaining product health in controlled environments
