We are proud to be partnering with a fantastic organisation in Cambridgeshire seeking an experienced Horticultural Grower.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for the production of high-quality plants with exclusive varieties. Conducting regular health checks, providing the correct care throughout the growth process is crucial for our team.
Our state-of-the-art technology includes LED lighting, quality assurance systems, and purpose-built glass houses, allowing you to ensure optimal conditions for production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement advanced pest control measures
- Minimise the use of chemical pesticides through early intervention and natural methods
Successful candidates will have a genuine passion for the role and proficiency in PA1, PA6, and PA9 certifications.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week, with one weekend in four required to work.
