Payroll Manager

Gleeson Development Ltd is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop the Payroll team, fostering a culture of high performance and engagement.
- Monitor and implement payroll-related changes, effectively communicating with stakeholders and ensuring seamless transitions.
- Regularly review and improve payroll systems, policies, and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Provide high-quality reports, data, and analysis to support internal departments and drive business decisions.
Requirements:
- Recognized payroll qualification and extensive experience in managing payroll processes.
- Strong pension knowledge and experience, with ability to develop and adhere to best practice payroll processes and controls.
- Proven track record of managing a payroll function and leading a team to achieve high performance.
