Phlebotomy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in collecting high-quality blood samples from patients, which are essential for medical investigations and diagnosis.
Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Phlebotomist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collecting blood samples from patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, community clinics, and outreach locations.
- Ensuring that all blood samples are handled and transported safely and securely.
- Working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that blood samples are collected and processed efficiently.
- Providing excellent patient care and communication, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and at ease during the blood sampling process.
