Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own workload and that of the service flexibly, ensuring patient needs are met.

Maintain a visible clinical presence as a Consultant practitioner, providing leadership and clinical input to ensure quality patient care.

Conduct complex patient assessments using expert clinical judgment.

Independently prescribe medications within legal frameworks, considering efficacy, safety, and cost.

Identify new therapeutic interventions, including medications.

Develop, implement, and evaluate patient management plans autonomously, utilizing advanced clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.

Provide ongoing follow-up care in collaboration with other senior clinicians.
