Position Overview:

Salary:
£39,000 - £40,000 (OTE £60,000) including training, progression opportunities, overtime, and additional company benefits.

Location:
Barrow-in-Furness (Relocation packages available)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and report on compliance with established coating quality standards.
2. Supervise coatings operatives and provide guidance to ensure quality assurance.
3. Conduct manual inspections and testing of coatings.
4. Collaborate closely with the project director to maintain quality oversight.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in NACE or ICORR.
- Previous experience in the coatings sector.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.

Working Hours:
This role requires a standard 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime available on weekdays, nights, or weekends at enhanced pay rates.
