The role of Document Controller with Gleeds Energy is to manage day-to-day document control activities and ensuring that agreed targets are met and project management processes are supported by prioritising, producing and maintaining documentation and other correspondence

**Key responsibilities will include**
- Maintaining and managing document control systems
- Process project-related documents and data in accordance with procedures and produce output reports, typically to pre-defined formats and within regular business cycles
- Producing Key Performance Indicator's and statistics for the area to feedback into the business
- Provide assistance in ensuring that project-related records in assigned areas are complete, accurate and up-to-date
- Ensure that all quality checks are conducted prior to releasing any documentation
- Provide assistance on internal quality audits
- Effective liaison and support to both internal and external Project/Functional teams
- Co-ordinate and maintain a proactive response to enquiries and the exchanging of information

**About You**:
**What we are looking for in our next Document Controller**

**Experience**
- Active SC Clearance
- Experience of documentation processes within an engineering and construction environment and a knowledge of a typical project life cycle
- Have been involved in building and creating Document Control systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven pro-active attitude
