Job Title: Quality Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Quality Team Leader to join our client's team in the steel industry. Our client is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for their employees and ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate customer complaints and conduct Symptoms Causes Remedies Actions (SCRA) investigations where deviations have occurred.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and communicate full traceability and recommendations to the contracts team at the outcome of the investigation.
  • Maintain compliance records, including recording investigation data within appropriate databases and gathering traceability documentation for electronic storage.
  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of functional professionals, including conducting interviews for internal and external candidates and completing induction, onboarding, and probationary reviews in a timely manner.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
