Senior Quantitative Developer - Equities

Algo Capital Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Developer to join our top-performing Equities team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing mid-frequency quantitative trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Traders to design and implement algorithms and mathematical models that drive trading decisions.
  • Work closely with our Machine Learning Lab to develop and optimize trading strategies using advanced quantitative techniques.
  • Provide high-level technical and investment analytics support to the trading desk, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and maintain high-level architecture of C++ and Python models and strategies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of next-generation models and analytics, working closely with Traders and Researchers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a software engineering or quantitative role within an electronic trading business.
  • Advanced knowledge of quantitative techniques and data-intensive problem-solving.
  • Excellent programming skills in C++ and/or Python, with a strong understanding of software development principles.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
