Job Title: Data Engineering Team Lead - Algorithmic Trading Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Team Lead to lead a brand-new data engineering team at Oxford Knight. As a hands-on tech lead, you will be building a new system for processing and managing daily data that is used company-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collate critical data for the business, ensuring a singular, clean, easy-to-access & well-integrated data repository
* Anticipate business needs to ensure a minimal yet sufficient normalized data schema
* Work with the existing software stack, including Go, to integrate new systems

Requirements:

* Several years of experience working with financial data, with knowledge of corporate actions
* Strong programming skills in Java, C++, Go, or other statically typed languages
* Solid understanding of data analysis and statistics, with some knowledge of statistics/basic ML
