CH Carolina Herrera is seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team in London. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a strong client book, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, adhering to the company's customer experience protocol
- Maintain and develop the store's client book, focusing on sales aftercare and customer retention
- Replenish products on the sales floor, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met
- Achieve daily and weekly individual sales targets and KPIs, as defined by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Assist with merchandising and inventory activities, ensuring the sales floor and store image are always neat, organized, and clean
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, complying with all sales-related policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion retail luxury stores
- Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the luxury retail market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in English and Dutch is required
