About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Operative to join our team at Sanctuary Group, a leading provider of property maintenance services. As a Trade Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance services, working closely with our customers to deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties in line with agreed contract specifications
  • Taping, filling, painting, and administering damp and mould treatment
  • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and restock as needed
  • Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, resolving problems or setting in motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed
  • Provide accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer

Requirements

  • SVQ Level 3 in a core subject or currently undertaking the qualification
  • Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • Good communication and customer care skills
  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
  • Full valid UK driving licence
