About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at DiSRUPT Recruitment Agency | B Corp. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the expansion of public sector clients, particularly in the education and non-profit sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools, colleges, and other non-profit organizations.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in renewable technologies and grant schemes.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop a client database and strategy.
  • Prepare and submit grant applications for clients and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales data and market trends to inform future campaigns and system improvements.
Essential Qualities & Experience
  • Proven track record of high-performance sales ability.
  • At least 5 years of stable and progressive experience in a sales environment.
  • Strategic and solutions-based sales approach.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience selling into the non-profit/public sector, including schools, colleges, hospitals, charities, and local government.
  • An interest in or desire to learn about energy efficiency and renewable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Capable of working independently and driving events.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and other IT tools.
