Requirements

We are looking for an experienced employment professional who has a track record of supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities/SEND into employment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, employers and other agencies.

They will also have a strong understanding of the needs of adults with Learning Disabilities/SEND and the importance of providing inclusive employment support.
