Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct front-line technical support for our software products, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network configurations.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Participate in 24/7 technical support coverage on a rotational basis, ensuring seamless support to our customers.
- Design and develop custom reports and queries using proprietary software and MS SQL Server.
- Perform bulk data updates and assist customers with server and workstation set-up.
- Remotely install and configure STERIS software and interfaces on customer servers.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support of computers, networks, applications, etc.
- Experience with MS SQL Server and software configuration.
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
