Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childcare Assessor to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As a Childcare Assessor, you will play a key role in supporting learners to achieve their best while developing long-term relationships with local employers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit learners in employer settings to assess their competency and knowledge
- Manage a range of childcare and teaching assistants
- Review the progress of each learner in line with organisational expectations
- Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to increase placement opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience working within an early-years setting as a nursery nurse/officer or similar
- Ideal qualifications include a teaching qualification and/or an Assessors Award
- Hold a DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for a new one)
