Childcare Educator

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Lecturer to join our team at Morgan Jones Limited. As a key member of our education team, you will play a vital role in training the next generation of Childcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach and assess students on a range of courses and learning programs, utilizing your skills and qualifications.
- Plan, prepare, and assess to ensure excellent teaching and learning occurs.
- Undertake administrative tasks associated with your role, including monitoring and tracking student progress.
- Prepare students for higher levels of study and the world of work, developing specific vocational work and employability skills through the curriculum.
- Work with the Pastoral and Progression Coach and course team to facilitate our Next Steps Passport and promote work experience opportunities.
- Provide pre and on-course guidance to support learners through to successful outcomes.
- Have overall responsibility for the academic and pastoral care of a group or groups.
- Set targets using an electronic individual learning program (eILP) for each student.
- Previous experience in a teaching or work-based learning role.
- Must have Levels 1-3 trade qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Organized and able to meet deadlines with multiple projects happening concurrently.
- Exceptional communication skills with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail.
