Key Responsibilities- Provide business-focussed HR advice and support to the Group Head Office and Divisions on all HR policies and procedures, employment issues, and legislation.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Support and advise managers on full case management from beginning to end on a range of HR matters including disciplinary, grievances, absence management, and capability/performance management.
- Support with Group-wide HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Analyse and manage HR data and MI ensuring relevant information is communicated to Divisions and managed accordingly.
- Support the Group HR Manager and Group HR Director to continually look for improvement and drive positive change within the HR team.
- Experience of working as a generalist HR Advisor in a busy commercial environment is essential.
- Experience of dealing with a wide range of employee relations matters is essential.
- Experience of multi-site HR and the ability to deal with HR matters remotely.
- Demonstrate a thorough and comprehensive understanding of current and forthcoming HR legislation.
