Senior Manager, Independent Model Governance

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Undertake comprehensive model validation activities in accordance with the Eximius Finance Global Model Risk Policy, encompassing the assessment of model inputs, calculations, reporting outputs, conceptual soundness of the underlying theory, and the suitability of the use for its intended purpose, as well as the relevance and completeness of data, qualitative information, and judgements, documentation, and implementation of the model.
- Prepare and submit written reports detailing the results of validations, highlighting issues identified during the validation process.
- Validate remediation activities completed by the Independent Loan Operations Department (ILOD) to ensure effective resolution of identified issues.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to embed new Global Model Risk Policies and Procedures within Eximius Finance.
- Provide assurance to model users, model owners, senior management, audit, and regulators (across all levels of the organization) that the models and tools developed, maintained, and used within Eximius Finance are compliant with internal and regulatory expectations and fit for their intended purpose.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Work closely with the ILOD to ensure that model validation activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to model risk management.
