Role Overview

Join our KYC Division, where your expertise will focus on acquiring, completing, and sustaining all necessary regulatory KYC documentation for our investment banking clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass managing client portfolios, assessing KYC refresh needs, and scrutinizing KYC data provided by clients or obtained from publicly approved sources. You will be accountable for upholding a high level of precision throughout all phases of the client review process. Additionally, you will engage directly with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring a professional demeanor and delivering outstanding client service while handling potentially sensitive client information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and produce detailed reports and dashboards utilizing various data visualization tools and methodologies.
  • Establish, develop, and implement automated reporting processes to enhance efficiency and timeliness.
  • Identify and analyze business needs to determine report content and structure.
  • Maintain and revise existing reports and dashboards to align with evolving business requirements, including coordinating reporting template updates and associated administrative tasks.
  • Develop robust processes and controls for gathering input data and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders as required to ensure that current data is reflected in reporting.
