About the Role

As a Regional Recruitment Specialist for Scotland, you'll be responsible for managing recruitment plans, attracting candidates, and developing networks in the local community. You'll work closely with the team to promote City and County Healthcare Group and oversee all aspects of recruitment in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local communities and organizations
  • Collaborate with the team to promote City and County Healthcare Group and its values
  • Ensure a consistent, smooth recruitment process in Scotland

Requirements
