Job Title: Regional Recruitment Specialist Scotland

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing and implementing recruitment plans and strategies to attract and resourcing potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media and job boards
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our roles
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • Good standard level of education required
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and additional languages is advantageous
