About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Advisor. As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and supporting our ongoing sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent client service and ensure client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
  • Manage quotation requests from prospective clients and share product and services information with clients when requested.
  • Review sales data to identify sales effectiveness and respond to queries via email and telephone.
  • Through training, coaching, and mentoring, have a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance and keep abreast of new technical and product developments.
