Job Description

Keltbray Infrastructure Services is seeking a highly skilled HSQE Advisor to join our team in Norwich.

The role involves providing expert health, safety, quality, and environmental advice to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Providing guidance and support to site staff and management teams to promote a positive HSQE culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with Keltbray standards and client requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining effective management systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HSQE-specific systems.
