Keltbray Infrastructure Services is seeking a highly skilled HSQE Advisor to join our team in Norwich.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert health, safety, quality, and environmental advice to our site staff and management team. This will involve conducting inspections and risk assessments, providing guidance and support, and promoting a positive HSQE culture.
The role will also involve:
- Identifying and mitigating potential health and safety risks on site
- Assisting with the review of CDM documentation and ensuring compliance with Keltbray standards and client requirements
- Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with site teams, clients, and other stakeholders
- Providing support and advice to staff to promote sustainable practice and reduce risk
- Ensuring all requirements and findings are closed within the required timescales
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, quality, and environmental management, with experience in the renewable energy sector. They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
