Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Behavioural Scientist to join our team at SoMoCo, a leading consultancy harnessing data-driven insights and applied behavioural science to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise projects and people, overseeing the delivery of behavioural analysis, intervention design, evaluation, data analysis, report writing, proposals, research, and training.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships to apply behavioural insights to business and societal challenges.
  • Organise and coordinate multiple projects, utilising project management skills to deliver on time, within budget, and to scope.
  • Apply behavioural science frameworks, principles, and insights to conduct research and develop actionable strategies and interventions.
  • Test hypotheses and interventions, combining academic flair with real-world pragmatism to ensure strategies and solutions are theoretically sound and feasible.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree or equivalent in Behavioural Science or Behavioural Economics.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial setting, preferably in a consultancy with involvement in various aspects of consultancy work.
  • Agile project management experience, with proven ability to work to deadlines, meet targets, and deliver high-quality outputs within scope.
  • Ability to explain and present complex theoretical and scientific concepts in simple terms.
  • Experience in designing, facilitating, and implementing workshops.
