Leonardo, a global leader in Aerospace, Defence, and Security, is seeking a skilled Assembly Quality Control Specialist to join their team. As part of the Integrated Sensing and Protection line of business, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing complex electro-mechanical devices for defence electronics, mission critical systems, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect electronics/electromechanical components to stringent quality standards
  • Identify defects on PCBs and mechanical assemblies using high-power microscopes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and quality control
  • Follow written instructions and technical drawings accurately
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hold current certifications in quality control and inspection
  • Experience with microwave circuitry and electro-mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and quality management software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
