Job Title: Programme Leader in Law

Regent College London is seeking an experienced Programme Leader to join our academic team. As a Programme Leader, you will be responsible for the academic and line management of a specific programme, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning experiences for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Academic Management: Provide line management for named lecturers and associate lecturers, ensuring they receive a full academic and staff induction in line with college policies and procedures.
  • Teaching, Learning and Assessment: Ensure all aspects of the programme comply with the Academic Regulations for Taught Programmes, and lead the development of programme and module specifications.
  • Student Support: Facilitate student registration, coordinate and participate in student induction, and ensure student representatives are selected, trained, and supported.
  • Quality Assurance: Produce the Annual Programme Monitoring and Enhancement report, lead Periodic Programme Review and Re-approval, and monitor student progress, achievement, and retention.
Requirements:
  • Essential: Master's degree in a relevant subject discipline, Fellowship of the Advanced Higher Education (HEA), and experience in academic programmes' management.
  • Desirable: PhD or equivalent, teaching qualification, and membership of a Professional Statutory Regulatory Body (PSRB).
