Job Title: Healthcare Assistant

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing essential support to students with additional healthcare needs. Your duties will include:

  • Providing highly skilled care to children with complex healthcare needs, including enteral feeding, administration of medication, and personal care.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, and pastoral staff to ensure students receive the support they need to participate fully in their education.
  • Empowering students to achieve their full potential and thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous relevant experience working with children, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • A professional and positive approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
