About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Jubilee House in Barnsley. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Learning Disability and Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs and behaviours
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene and mobility
  • Monitor and report any changes in an individual's condition or behaviour
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the development of care plans
