About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Jubilee House, a specialist care home with nursing in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory and communication impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs and behaviours
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene and mobility
  • Monitor and record individual progress, reporting any concerns or changes to the team
  • Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the development of care plans
