This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business at Everlastfitnessclub.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage controllable costs such as stock orders and cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend.
- Lead the recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within the gym.
- Report facilities and maintenance-related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines.
- Ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
- Manage all policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, inclusive of pool plant operations.
- Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable).
- 1+ year previous management role experience within the fitness industry.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Adaptability in communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers.
- Flexibility in working hours and location to support the needs of the business.
