About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Consumer and Shopper Engagement Team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in German and English, both spoken and written.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using the latest CRM tools to assess and solve brick-based problems quickly and confidently.
  • Connect with customers in a fun and engaging way to build stronger and longer-lasting relationships with them.
  • Prioritize and multitask to meet customer expectations, representing the LEGO brand through our unique tone of voice.
  • Cover a variety of shifts and weekends to ensure we offer best-in-class service.

What We Offer

  • A competitive starting salary of £28,000 per annum, plus awesome benefits including a performance-based/discretionary bonus of up to 10%.
  • Full in-person training with a 4-week induction, followed by 2 weeks of on-the-job support.
