Year 5 Class Teacher & Subject Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Year 5 Class Teacher to join our team at Newham Primary School. As a Subject Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing the curriculum for our Year 5 students.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a qualified teacher with QTS and completed ECT. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, and a commitment to delivering high-quality education to our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and lead a class of Year 5 students
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging lesson plans
  • Assess and track student progress
  • Lead and develop the curriculum for Year 5 students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve school goals
