About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our dynamic and performance-driven NHS Talking Therapies Directorate. As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of designated clinical services, driving patient outcomes, and maintaining high standards of safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care, aligned with Trust values and priorities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service performance, using data to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership Team to deliver against Trust ambitions and values.
  • Oversee performance reporting, data capture, and audit completion in the service.
  • Work with other care providers to ensure best outcomes for patients and their carers.
