They are currently on the lookout for an Office Coordinator with prior experience as a Finance Officer to join their team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of a permanent position.

Office Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Provide a responsive and efficient service, addressing inquiries, managing complaints, and offering referrals in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Consistently uphold a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and overseeing school supplies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere to the school's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for everyone.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, especially during peak times, and provide coverage as necessary.
  • Manage the reception area, handle phone calls, and maintain the attendance register.

Office Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Capable of resolving routine issues while escalating more complex matters as needed.
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without supervision.
  • Strikes a balance between thoroughness and the urgency of responses.
  • Basic IT proficiency is essential.
  • Effectively manages daily and weekly administrative tasks.
  • Experience as a Finance Officer is required.
