We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our team at Eames Group. This role will primarily concentrate on our esteemed insurance sector within the Regions and Personal Lines area. Candidate Profile:

  • You possess substantial experience as a 360-degree recruitment consultant.
  • You have a keen interest in or existing expertise in Insurance recruitment.
  • You bring over a year of experience in recruiting within the Insurance or Professional Services sectors.
  • You are eager to learn and have a persistent drive to expand your knowledge and specialization.
  • You are adaptable to change and embrace it, consistently aiming for ongoing improvement.
  • You inspire others to excel, contributing positively to our organizational culture.
